Our meats are marinated and massaged with our special dry rub. We slow smoke our meats in our wood burning smoker to capture a flavor and tenderness which is almost impossible to duplicate then per order, we dip in our Talk of the Town Barbeque Sauce.

Our Beef Brisket and Pork Roast are smoked for 13 hours. The Angus Beef Ribs have no added hormones or injections their beefy and tender. We serve Baby Back Pork Ribs which are the premier of the Pork Rib Family.

 


The links are Louisiana Style which means they have a kick. Enjoy our BBQ Chicken and Rib Tips. Our side orders are just as infamous, the Collard Greens are seasoned to perfection. The BBQ Baked Beans are caramelized. The Cole Slaw is served southern style which means it has a vinegar base rather than mayonnaise.
